Kimberly is a native of New Iberia, Louisiana. In 2011, Kimberly got her Bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she studied General Studies with a concentration in Behavioral Sciences. Immediately after graduating, Kimberly worked as an Early Interventionist where she found her purpose of counseling. Shortly after, Kimberly was employed at a local mental health agency where she provided in home counseling to children, teens, and adults from various backgrounds. While there, she led group therapy to women in the intensive outpatient program who struggled with substance abuse issues. In 2021, Kimberly completed her Master's degree in Professional Counseling at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. Kimberly has worked at an elementary school counselor for grades PK-6th. Kimberly believes in the power of connection and empowering people from various walks of life to harness into the spaces that makes them happy overall.
